Commercial Steam Wand
The commercial steam wand offers full control while steaming and frothing milk, capable of producing tight microfoam for latte art.

Commercial Style Portafilter
The durable 58mm polished steel portafilter is commercial size and weight and is free from blemishes and other imperfections that can occur during the chrome plating process.
3-Way Solenoid Valve
Typically found in commercial machines, the 3-way solenoid valve relieves pressure off the coffee for a dry, easily discarded puck.
Updated Frame
The stainless steel frame features a streamlined look that matches the contours of the drip tray and allows for easy removal of the water reservoir.
Improved Pump Mounts

The Classic Evo Pro’s control panel has three high quality rocker switches for power, brewing, and steaming. Each switch has its own indicator light to tell you when the machine is on, ready to brew, and ready to steam.
